Got 5 minutes this morning? This is your chance to take action and let the QLD government know that we need the WA amendment to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Mandatory Reporting). The WA amendment exempts treating doctors from mandatory reporting requirements.

Nov 26, 2018 | Doctors' Health in the News, Health and Promotion, Media Release, QDHP News Updates

The legislation for changes to the National Law is currently before the Qld government. Unfortunately the amendment that has been submitted *is not* the WA amendment.

Once it passes the Qld parliament, it will then quickly pass through the other Eastern States as it did before.

If you would like to have your say submissions are due by midday TODAY, 26th November. QDHP has a general submission below for those who would like to submit urgently. It just requires a full name, signature and contact number.

Submission to the HCDSDFVP Committee
